Our UK board and Ghanaian leadership team work together to ensure high academic standards, operational excellence and holistic student care at Wioso Senior High School.

Leadership

Management and Operations

Caroline Loden (UK), Chief Executive Officer

Reports to the Trustee Board. Leads strategy, fundraising, partnerships and overall operations. Responsible for Charity Commission reporting and oversees agricultural operations.

Dennis Akomeah (Ghana), Director of External Relations and Special Projects

Reports to the CEO. Leads external relations with the NGOs, capital developments and community engagement. Oversees maintenance and security.

Joe Asamoah (Ghana), Finance Director

Reports to the CEO. Oversees financial controls, Ghana payroll, Ghana budgeting and resource management.

School leadership

Leading the school

Gordon Sarpong (Ghana), Headmaster

Reports to the CEO. Directs daily campus operations, academic delivery, pastoral welfare and school culture across the school.

Josephine Appiah (Ghana), Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral)

Oversees student welfare, residential boarding and campus discipline. House mistresses and house masters, and the school counsellor for emotional wellbeing, report to her.

Samuel Ansah (Ghana), Deputy Headteacher (Academic)

Manages academic performance, WASSCE exam preparation and curriculum schedules. Teaching staff and the careers counsellor, who guides students through university entry and vocational routes, report to him.

To be added: Farm Manager: this post is currently vacant. Farm staff (six people) report to the Farm Manager, with the CEO overseeing the farm in the meantime.
